Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
The visionary game developer, the mind behind the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in the state of California at the age of 55.
Zampella's death was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.
The renowned video game developer passed away following his car crashed and caught fire on a highway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a devastating loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his loved ones, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
