Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature
The big draw is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade cartography program that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, cities, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
